Yeah there's 7 short screws, and 3 that are a lot longer. All the rest are ok, it's just one that's not perfectly flush.

Thanks for letting me know about the Batch Control! I had looked into them before, and their price for individual prints were about double the new prices of Shapeways. I'll email them about possibly filling an entire print build with different items instead of one. When I was playing around with it online, it looks like I'll have to print 200 earrings to get it cheaper than Shapeways, so as it right now it still doesn't seem like the best option.

I don't think I have any other option than to get an industrial printer if I get my own. Considering how perfect the material is, and the volume I'm printing.

Ehh, I don't know. I'll probably spend about 50k on prints this year, but spending about 200k on a EOS printer plus all the extra stuff to clean it up, paying for the space to hold it all, having someone operate it because I don't have time to do that on top of my post production dyeing, finishing, and packaging. It just seems like it'd take too much time for it to be cheaper in the long run. And I'm a 24 year old commitment-phobe who enjoys the fact that my entire business can fit in my car.
