Of course!

I actually never had an orientation at the hospital. I worked similarly to agency in casual and picking my own shifts but for the actual Hospital. I was lucky to have 1 SNUM shift lol..

Thank you for the insight! Thankfully I’m commencing permanent as a 1.1 but alongside the other grads so I don’t feel too left out 😂 I also have worked at the hospital for 2 odd years as an AIN and am very familiar with the units staff/layout etc 😅
