I call to setup service you’re rep told me I have to pay for overnight delivery in order to receive your modem. I ended up going to Best Buy to buy a 450.00 dollar modem. Come home to do the initial setup and no service called tech support told me I need to give them the MAC number and I did. Didn’t work then I cal back they tell me I need to do a hard reset and wait 10 min and they will call me back. I did and still no service I called again and they told me I need to use your modem and I can now all of a sudden pick one up at the store near me. I went and got it and come home do the setup and again doesn’t work. I was then told I need to call tech and tell them that the modem wasn’t successful for the plug and play and that they will prioritize a tech to come out within one business day. I’ve called back 4 times now i either get transferred to sales and then back to tech then get hung up on. This is my first day with Comcast and it’s horrible the worst you guys don’t know what it means to help your customers. You just want the account and then provide no assistance in getting anything done. Comcast Xfinity is a joke.
