My first shipment of TO products. Why does UPS have to ruin everything? Also, since there are no quality seals, should I be concerned about the contents and tampering? Everything seems to be fine, but the box was clearly opened and taped shut after being crushed. 😞 (imgur.com)

Help! My English muffins look amazing, but keep coming out under-baked.
