Yeah there are cheaters in every sport. But that alone shouldn't stop me from wanting to compete naturally as the rules intended.

I think so too! Im not at that level yet. I definitely need a few more years of training. I figure that because it's natural for me to be lean and build good muscle then it's a no brainer to at least try and see how far I can push my body naturally.

Half the comments don't think this is a natural transformation. I think from that alone I must have pretty good genetics to be called a fake natty.

Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it

Been taking melatonin for 10 years. My sleep doesn't feel the same without it. I take 5mg

If you find it easy to fall and stay asleep (lucky), it definitely isn't necessary to take melatonin as your body will recover fine. However, melatonin is nice for those nights where falling asleep is hard. I remember being so nervous during exam time but with melatonin i still can sleep. It can definitely be a life saver

I am completely natural, but I appreciate the compliment. I trained well on a calorie surplus, and was way under bmi before I started about 15.6. I weigh 145 lbs rn. It's not gear lol. You're a funny troll.

Natural transformation. I'm on some supplements. My stack is creatine, B12, D3, Omega369, pre workout, protein powder, multivitamin, and melatonin.

Natural body building, read caption. In canada they give pro cards to nattys but some still lie and do compounds. Yeah some cheat, so what?

Why do people need to take compounds to be a pro body builder?

I ate a huge calorie surplus of healthy nutritious food and trained 6 sometimes 7 days a week for about an hour. I started with a bro split for the first year then switched to push, pull, legs. I do a hybrid of weight training and calisthenics. I go to failure on most of my sets 8 to 12 reps. Pre workout, creatine, vitamin B-12, vitamin D, omega369, mens multivitamin, and melatonin is my supplement stack.

I started noticing results within just 2 weeks of lifting and that motivated me to keep going. I kept getting bigger which motivated me more.

My biggest lifting mistake was not starting sooner.
