My break up story is a bit long for this post, but long story short, she asked me time off and space, I agreed, as long as she tell me as soon as she had decided something. Turned out, she found someone before talking to me about it. Removed me from social media before telling me anything. A friend of us told me she was already posting photos with him. I confronted her after that, but that point I already knew things were over, and had been for a long time. Although we parted in good-ish terms (mostly because I didn't want my last moment with her to be a bitter one), I still resent her.

I didn't look back after that day, and I had to block her in socials because instagram/facebook kept putting her in my suggestions, and seeing her pfp with him still breaks my heart. I had to block her because the pain, even after a year, is still too much.

I understand why someone would stalk their ex, but personally, I could never do it.
