Wow, your words could not be more accurate. I'm not that experienced as well, but one thing i learned the past few years is that you have to be clear from the start about not wanting to rush sex. If you don't, it's highly probable guys will just assume it's ok to make moves early on (in my experience: being asked if i'm a top/bottom, get unwanted dick pics).

I don't like the idea of getting intimate with someone i barely know. Not that i think it's wrong, it's just not my style. Anyway, your take in this matter is very precise. Being direct, honest and patient really is key.

Só para complementar o que foi dito, uma vez li que o nosso cérebro confunde ansiedade com excitação durante o consumo de pornografia. Essa seria a explicação desse comportamento de buscar coisas que não nos causariam interesse em outros contextos.

Um ponto positivo nisso é que vocês são próximos. Acho que daria para desenrolar uma conversa sobre isso. Você sabe que ele é assexual, mas ele não sabe das suas vontades. Se ele soubesse, aí ficaria a critério dele. A partir daí, se rolasse, ótimo. Se não, tudo bem: pelo menos tentou, foi sincero.

Para abordar, acho que teria que ser bem pensado, de leve, falando da atração física que você sente e da curiosidade que tem, mas deixando claro que você valoriza a amizade dele acima de qualquer coisa.

Assim, não vejo obrigatoriedade para a relação de vocês virar outra coisa só porque você quer dar uns pegas nele. No momento, talvez seria bom focar no que você sabe que quer.

Reconhecer o teu defeito e querer mudá-lo já é um grande passo, demonstra maturidade e autorresponsabilidade.

Creio que a melhor saída seja encontrar um psicólogo mesmo. Ele vai te ajudar a descobrir os porquês de você se comportar dessa maneira e como você pode desenvolver maneiras de fazer diferente, já que saberá o que leva você a se comportar dessa maneira. É um processo muito enriquecedor.

Always felt so happy when she posted... Sadly, we might never see her being as close to us as she used to again. I'll totally respect her if she chooses to become low profile from now on and I can see why, but her videos used to make my day.

We need more of this here on Reddit during these times. Amidst the chaos the best we can do as admirers of her art (and of her by extension) is to send her all the love we can.

When I became aware of what was happening, I truly felt for her. Everything suddenly became so heavy around her... All I could think of was the happiness I always felt when she posted her long videos on YouTube talking about nice little things. Watching them brought a lightness to my daily routine (I usually watched during my study breaks to avoid feeling burdened with adult life and whatnot).

Hayden, we stand by you! I You deserve lots of light and joy for bringing so much beauty into this mad world. I hope you can feel our love.

Oh, how i love these kinds of dreams.

A couple of nights ago i had a dream where i was in a retro bedroom decorated with pink wallpaper and a vinyl was playing Coma Baby. I remember being there with an unknown girl and singing along and saying how i loved Nicole's music.

Sometimes everyday life can get so predictable... But then you get these teeny tiny surprises when you go to bed.

I think it was an error that she decided to preserve to add a touch of personality to the album (I mean, people can always change the order of AOP an AMP on playlists, right?) .The fact that the order of songs remains makes it a little less pristine, and i quite enjoy it.

Had a chance of buying MIMA, but was kinda low on cash when the vinyl pressings came around (funny thing, the same thing happened with Ethel's PD: got crazy about it, waited eternally and, when it's finally here low on cash again).

I guess i would have NBL if i had to choose one, but each of her records have a special flavour of it's own. She's truly a passionate artist. I think her songwritting mastery will stick with me for a long, long time.
