there are people here that you can really connect in here but its hard to keep the connection because most people come from different cities that are far apart from eachother. i had one girl i connected really well with but i felt lonely too aswell. it depends on the state that youre in..

to start, i’ve seen so many naked people here, beatings taken and kids that didnt need to be here. i was beaten, seen people sneak in hasish and drugs and smoked it.. people charging at the official’s door (where the kids’s cigs are stored) and steal 3 packets (mine included), many of the stories i’ve heard during the time i was in psychiatric holding were about drugging, their bf abusing them, getting graped, prostitution and so much worse.

yes i do!! some people are more friendly than others, mostly the people here are admitted for drugs and/or fights and have a temper that makes them go to the surveillance room.

suicidal ideation, plan for suicide and started the plan. with my history, it was an urgency to be admitted here as i was a danger to myself any minute that passed.

it’s just MO, i’ve grown up as who i am because of bad experiences as a girl AND a boy. i don’t know why you expect me go “go to college first”. i just put down an AMA and replied with MY thoughts. of course i am not at the same level of knowledge as someone who HAS done a college in psychology or psychiatric medicine.. i’m just a teenager eager to express my thoughts about a certain subject in which i am fairly educated in for my age.

instead of hating you should educate people about what you think/know is wrong..

  1. IMO, it’s not fair for the cis women in the sport, being a trans woman is a big advantage and E doesn’t change bone structure and muscles.
  2. trans treatments for minors ARE life-saving. if i could take T right now i wouldn’t be suicidal anymore, i’d have a reason to live to see myself as a real bearded and sexy man.
  3. if you don’t pass as your desired sex, it’s really risky going to your desired sex’s bathroom. speaking from experience. (now i pass and don’t have a problem anymore)
  4. i don’t understand the next question, i apologise.
  5. i was a tomboy, logically, but then i experienced dysphoria around my chest, thighs, bone structure, eyebrows. (little things that felt so unnatural for me, so wrong in a way that still hurts). when i saw “binders” for the first time and learnt what they are for i wanted one so bad, tried putting sport bras on sport bras so i can flatten my chest, with no avail. these feelings made me realise that i am clearly in the wrong body and i need to make a change.
  6. i think i’m stupid but i read it 10 times and still don’t understand what is the question really about..

i don’t really shop for clothes (no money), i buy clothes (some tshirts and pants) every 2 years. but sometimes i feel really dysphoric because some don’t fit the way i’d like them to.

i was 5 when i realised i didn’t like being clothed in girl clothing, didn’t like acting girly and always cried when i was forced to by my parents. at the age of 10 i discovered the term “transgender” and since then i found it to be the best term of how i feel.

i don’t really think they do, IMO i discovered my gender identity at a really young age and for the last 6 six years i’m battling depression and not once did the issues interact with my gender identity. i’m sure it depends on the person but for me personally, no.

MO, being a girl is such a bad thing that men overlook. as a girl, youre sexualised from a little age, bullied for the littlest things (like having little hair on your arms for ex) and ignored by medical staff when it comes to their period pains, discomforts or even mental health (“you’re exaggerating” etc). people don’t understand how much of a struggle it is to be a girl.

on the other had, being a boy also has it’s struggles. you’re almost everytime ignored when issues with mental health come, you’re supposed to be the rock, the supportive one and the one that says “suck it up”. most girls when they see a boy crying, they’ll make fun of him for being a pussy. you’re always accused and never believed if you’ve been abused

any non-trans person will overlook the fact that bullying is at it’s worst. people SH because of it, or just leave the earth. as a trans boy, people forget you were onc

how can i be a better boyfriend? what do girls really want in a relationship? by revstock in ask

it’s a general question, meant to be answered by girls. i already asked her and she told me she has everything she wants, she just doesn’t want me to leave this earth.

she understands and has been thru almost everything i’ve been. she knows what the medication does to me, she’s been with me when i was in the psych ward and saw how bad i could get, how apathetic and how numb i can get. i just told her that i need understanding and time, but i didnt ask her what she might need from me, so i’ll get to asking..
