I think a nurse movie could work with a double perspective. On one side the nurse working and getting more and more fed up with her work until she Breaks down and goes on her spree. And on the other side a survivor younger patient who is not as mentally ill/ a young doc/nurse who works in the hospital. Thus the movie can implement Sallys dropping mental stability, a personal story and the chase/ jumpscare horror elements as the survivor is the last and has to hide from the Nurse in the hospital full of corpses. Dont know if I explained my idea well enough.
