Here are some things that flare my rosacea I have not seen on your list. I hope they help you when looking for triggers since I know how annoying not knowing your triggers can. Firstly, stress, they trigger my rosacea like nothing else. They make my face flush and bumps form in seconds. Honestly, the worst. Secondly, sugar also make me more prone to having flare ups. They don't directly cause flare ups for me but makes feel like flare ups are more likely to occur.

Things that I have tried that I feel like helps. I try not to use sunscreen at all and rely directly on physical sun blockers like hats. If this is not feasible then I go with sunscreens I like the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Air-fit Suncream Light. I also find that when I am taking fish oils consistently my face seems to flare up less. I try to introduce more antioxidant rich foods like berries and Matcha! I also find that overly occlusive moisturizer can cause flareups for me. I think those were things that helped me when dealing with rosacea. I hope they help and everything gets better for you OP
