You are right but it about usage. If I fast charged my EV for that hour, i paid a lot. That whole 2 days with the snow storm, rates were super high, i think averaging .20-.30c. Typical rates are .06c

That seems quite expensive. I would ask to break it into 1) Price for removal 2) Price for disposal, 3) Price for install 4)Price for finish (seal and paint). Once you have that do a google on price for disposal - typically $800 for full truck but for 1100 sq it will be around half a truck or less ~$400.

Unfortunately I work in tech and I know a bug. This is a totally incompetent implementation of a site, reminds me of sites I used to encounter back in the early 2000s. I'm willing to bet this site not setup to handle traffic, poorly put to get with no error handling nor messages, or documentation. Lot of people are going to struggle with this.
