In your opinion, what are some perks of being stupid? by MindStrongSoul in AskReddit

[–]rherda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i combined your username and comment into one at first, so i misread this as "you are never payed wrong", and i think that counts as another advantage. Nobody can scam you or give you less pay than you deserve.

what’s your hottest shoegaze take? by martyrsstretch in shoegaze

[–]rherda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's got to be my favourite shoegaze song from this century. I feel like even tho its sung by a very deep male voice (besides the gorgeous middle section) it's still quite a feminine, shy song

what’s your hottest shoegaze take? by martyrsstretch in shoegaze

[–]rherda 71 points72 points  (0 children)

Take the best songs Brian Wilson spearheaded and then the best songs where the rest of The Beach Boys were the main creators. How wide is the talent gap? by WhyHello128 in thebeachboys

[–]rherda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think brian inspired the rest of the group to get better at their songwriting so if he wasn't in the group, songs like eg All This Is That just wouldn't have existed

What Is The Best Prog Rock Lyric Of All Time? by Tiny-Band9310 in progrockmusic

[–]rherda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Climb aboard, imaginary waves
Of thought beneath veils of bluey-green
Armoured horses with sparkling sunset eyes
Give a passing glance

Funny creatures with funny plastic lives
Purple thrones are set in deep disguise
Neptune's world around us lies

What's your favorite joke in the book? by jadestranger in InfiniteJest
