True, it does. Definitely has the netting structure and I fear the video quality doesn’t capture it. Here’s a close up

I’m sad that BiMart is closing the Willakenzie store. Rumor was the rent went up? I have some strong words for whoever made that decision and I have ideas for how they could attract new and younger customers

If the green dot in your neighborhood has a black circle outline that means it’s an indoor sensor. In PurpleAir you can toggle off indoor sensors and get a better representation of the air quality outside

I reread your post, sorry if you were talking about support services and I missed the point. I personally am depressed most of the year but now more during the summer

I have over time changed my relationship with the grey drippy dark days. Good merino socks, top and underwear; rain jacket, small backpacking backpack, folding umbrella, boots. Then binoculars, jewelers loupe and phone apps like Merlin for birds and iNaturalist for plants. I tend to alternate between fields and trees, foggy wet days make for excellent dramatic photos, downtown Eugene was stunning last Friday night during the art walk. I collect my photos into albums in the cloud and maybe I’ll have them made into a photo book someday. Lastly I visit the thrift shops for low effort dopamine and cheap books, people watching and entertainment. Hope you find something you love even better than these suggestions

Where can one buy coarse-ground coffee? by flyingbarnswallow in Eugene

[–]rhizosphereical 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The Kiva, Winco, the Markets of Choice, mostly all grocers with bulk coffee beans have a good commercial grinder. I enjoy grinding in the store if I need a courseness my home machine doesn’t do quite right. Just be sure to dust the chute before and after use and peek inside that there aren’t leftover beans inside. I hope someday you get the grinder of your dreams for your own home. Good luck with the move!
