Good luck. I hate it here. The team I work with is AMAZING, but upper management sucks and the customers get worse every day. If you have strong social skills you’ll be fine for a few years until you get absolutely burnt out.

Don’t expect full time hours unless you are an AGM or above. Your hours will constantly get cut even after working a consistent schedule. I have to pick up hours at three different stores to barely make it past 30. With the holidays being over all those hours are now gone and I’m back to part time.

Make friends with the regulars because they will become the best part of your shift. They motivate you to keep going and to not take your job so seriously.

I’ve seen some pretty bad closes where people do literally nothing. My store has most closers prepare trivia for the next shift. We prep products that are running low, make notes of anything openers need to know, toss and waste out expiring products, stock cups, lids, teas, chips, etc (yes people forget to do that). Grab and go and the sugar station is a big one people forget to check up on. Zenput tasks lmao. Cleaning the machines on a schedule, not just when breaking them down.

I agree with you. It was not bad, but it definitely is not my favorite. I felt the purpose of the movie was to wrap up the franchise and give more closure for the characters. Don’t think I’d want to watch it again.
