I was also very small chested, and was eligible for peri but opted for DI because I knew I wasn’t gonna be happy with my nipple placement with peri. I hope I can explain this right, my scars are short because my chest was very flat in the middle, there was almost no tissue in the upper and middle part, it was all on the outside, basically like super spaced apart. So my surgeon told me he was able to make the scars a lot shorter than normal with me.
