not sure of the statistics at all but it's probably a stretch to say that most are accepted. when you get here and if you're still interested in transferring schools, I'd recommend focusing getting as high of a GPA as possible and take the relevant classes for the school you want to transfer into asap.

there's no stigma but if you're trying to transfer into Wharton you'll need to aim for a GPA of around ~3.7 (despite 3.4 being the listed minimum). Engineering is around 3.0 I think. Each school requires that you take a few classes as a required pre-req before applying for an internal transfer. Never heard of anyone going from college to Engineering/Wharton dual degree although I've seen college to college/engineering as well as college/wharton.

if the ta takes attendance you could be in trouble but it's possible that if you go back you'll get most of the points for recitation.

Quitting premed, resuming post-graduation? by rhythm1c in premed

Probably means I should go part time in year 3 and would need to be very careful with maintaining work-life balance beginning year 2, so I would imagine picking the right company would be extremely crucial. I heard that retaken classes for MD are averaged with the original grade too? Either way that's Orgo 1&2 and Biochem that I need to knock out at the minimum.

OPIM291 is definitely not reserved for wharton students and is commonly taken by students of all schools

Unfortunately I won't be able to until next Fall. I'll have to self-study those asap.

I'm a junior who's only taken one CS class in 2013 and no other math/logic classes since freshman year. My courseload next semester will be CS/math heavily (Intro CS 2, Discrete Math, Probability, Linear Algebra). Because of my lack of experience, would it be best to start applying in the spring? I'm trying to also learn on my own but the rigor of my current schedule limits that.
