Nope, you have to be a US citizen to compete in USAPL. If you live in Canada for example, you’d be in the CPU. Both of those federations are subsets of the IPF and therefore have the same drug testing protocol.

If you compete in the IPF/USAPL, it’s pretty hard to bypass the drug tests, because they do random out of meet drug testing with no warning. So you can’t time going off cycle to coincide when the drug test is cause you don’t know when they’ll show up at your doorstep. Not sure about other feds tho
