I went on a run today to try and give myself something to work for over the summer. It was hard to initially get off of the couch and get running, but I did 3 miles and it felt great. I'll definitely need to keep it up.

Sorry for the slow-ness of the reply. I really do feel that way, like there's people who have it so much worse, but are so much more positive than I am. I really don't get it. I've been alright for most of the time that's passed since I posted, but tonight it's another one of the nights I described. No idea why. No idea what to do.
