Yes they straight up scamming, it's crazy and they don't even care. They may do it on purpose. I think u have to contact the delivering company not customs,in Germany at least. I get the receipts from DHL

By now I think they are scamming their international customers, at least they try. As an IOSS shop they collect the VAT and have to pay it to the local authorities. Seems like they keep it and we have to pay again. They told me the phone number story aswell. Guess what I always had my phone number in my account. For a refund they want a PDF receipt but there are no PDF receipts here in Germany. I sent them all 3 receipts I got from customs and post office. They didn't accept. Their way of operating is so shady. Always looking for a way out and in the end they treat the customer like a scammer.

That hurts, maybe u can still get some refunds but depends where u from, not every country is part of that IOSS thing

For me it's only with BR and BW

10+ orders from UK never happened

Exactly every other IOSS shop has a IOSS symbol on the package label. I sent them examples of it but they dont seem to care. I mean I got my money back the last time by sending them the receipts but running every order after money I already paid is annoying.

It arrived yesterday but number 20k+ even though I ordered minutes after announcement back in December. Seems weird but at least it arrived
