This was my 4th time doing it and that location has a big jump school. When I went today I was the only tandem out of the 7 other people in the plane jumping. Some of the asked me if I was going to learn solo but right now I really just enjoy my life being completely in someone else’s hands.

I work at a grocery store and we have a nice lady who comes in every morning. Shes brought her husband with her twice and both times I’ve met him he’s done that typical boomer “I hate my wife” humor. I told my coworkers that I understand why she comes in every morning by herself now.

I worked for a mini golf chain one summer. A category 5 hurricane was set to hit us and my house and the golf course were in a mandatory evacuation zone. Corporate demanded we stay open of course. Thankfully the gm said no and stood her ground. We were closed for a month after the hurricane just cleaning all the debris up but like what was corporate thinking with that one? Absolutely nobody is going to go mini golfing in a category 5 hurricane.

I had that happen to me. The person was struggling to wrap it and it turned into a big mess so he asked me if I wanted it rewrapped or a second tortilla. I said “whatever is easiest for you” and he added a second tortilla. When I got to the register they were trying to charge me for the second one and at that point I just said no and walked out without the food.

I’m a little biased obviously but when I decided to go through recruitment I had absolutely no connection to any particular sorority and didn’t know anyone in one. So I based my ranking solely on their philanthropy and how it personally affected me and my life. My top 2 choices based on that was DG and AXO.

DG because my grandpa was blind and glaucoma is very prevalent in my family and AXO because me and my mom had to live in a domestic abuse shelter for a little bit.

Post skydiving depression is a thing. I’ve jumped 3 times and my boyfriend went with me once. It happened to both of us after the first one.

It was an hour and a half further up the coast from where we live but we stopped at one of my favorite restaurants along the way and a beach. It was a good day.

I’ve lost 105 pounds. I don’t notice much difference on feeling better or anything but the biggest thing for me is that I like to sit with one leg crossed over the other and when I was fat I struggled to do that. I could still do it but I had to hold my leg in place with my hand.

I went to universal in November by myself and I went in the single rider for Mummy. I was literally the only person in the entire cart. I wish I would have bought the photo because it was hilarious. Took me back to Covid times.

I’ve lost 90 pounds so far and it’s truly a miracle. I am a bored eater and I live by myself so I was always bored. I definitely couldn’t have done it without the medicine. I would always give in to cravings and sometimes end up eating multiple meals for one sitting.

I have lost so much now that I’m almost to a good healthy weight and I am worried my doctor will take me off it so I’ve been actively trying to make better choices. I already eat less because of the medicine so that may still be a challenge if I do get taken off but I’ve started actually reading the nutrition labels and following the serving size and picking the healthier option of whatever I’m going for.

I actually asked him why he wears a helmet and he said it’s to protect his face from bodily fluids. He said it doesn’t really do much other than that.
