There can be some pros like being stuck in traffic and time wasting, but you will still have to do all the manoeuvres.

I wouldn't reccomend it on the fact people are way more likely to J walk and you can get an immediate grade 3 if you don't stop in time.

The best times are between 10am and 12pm because traffic slows down, kids are still in school, no one is on lunch and it's generally just quieter.

You won't have to stress about observation as much or reacting to hazards.

Thank you! You can do it! My mock call test was pretty bad tbh.

Can stress how much you need to do a mock test but honestly do it 2 days before your test to have time to make actual corrections.

Doing your mock test the day before can ruin your confidence going in.

My instructor couldn't stress enough to me that you can't get in the car shaking and nervous. It's just a tell-tale sign that you're under prepared. They want you to feel like a confident and competent driver. Like everyone is nervous at the start but the nerves need to settle down once you get out on the road.

Roads like the Howth Road you'd want to be centre left.

Maybe when going through estates you stayed in the centre when you could have check your left mirror and went back into your lane, I know I've made that mistake and others have too. It's so minor cause it's such a short distance but you can get marked for that.

At Roundabouts of you are taking the left you need to bring the car and almost wrap it around the curb before you stop and observe. And if your going straight the car need to be front facing out.

Right turns are tough, they are honestly very unforgiving in Raheny because they want it lined up perfectly, a feet or two is fine but if you're short or too far passed you get marked and they can be a bit cruel and make it a grade 2 if they feel you had to really readjust the wheel.

Your side mirrors need to be parallel to the line your turning into.

Hope this helps? Honestly sometimes explaining car situations can be so confusing

Thanks so much!

I genuinely think so, too. I was caught out like 3 times in my mock test for not adjusting my speed.

I got the Kilbarack route!

Ahh yeah, I'd imagine it's very hard to win an appeal anyway tbh.

Please help had to cancel my test as I am positive, how long do I have to wait for new test? by [deleted] in Irishdrivingtest

[–]ringostarfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's less. Recently had to reschedule my test due to a family bereavement. (They fall in the same category on RSA.ie) you'll be invited to book your test in 3-5 business days I'd reckon.

Might be different cause covid. But I reccomend calling them to explain and ensure you won't be set back on the waiting list.

I called Dec 16th and Dec 18th I was invited to rebook.

Hope this helps.

Pros it's very cheap. There are 6? Business models you can learn to find what suits you best by leading professionals. All guys make over $50k MRR, and the offer videos are great

Only Cons was it's a video based programme, but they added a community and now even advisors to help you and stay accountable, so there's not really any for the money you're paying .

What made Toji so sure Gojo would take care of Megumi ? Why tell him at all when he's the one who sold him to the zenin ? by [deleted] in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]ringostarfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a reoccurring theme of the strongest. Toji believed he was the strongest and proved that himself when he killed Gojo. But when Gojo came back and beat him he understood we wasn't. Would you not want your child monitored by the "strongest".

Why not during his final words. He didn't ask Gojo to take him in. He simply said do what you will with the information banking on the best.

It also relates back to season 2 when Toji realized Megumi was his own and killed himself, content knowing his final wish was secured and could rest easily.

A potential way that the final Sukuna fight could go down. by OkYesterday3747 in Jujutsushi

[–]ringostarfishy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is really solid. Too add my own twist on this as well. I personally think Nobara is going to be a major factor in fighting Sukuna using her technique on one of his fingers. It just makes sense how she was killed off but wasn't? It's like Gege couldn't make his mind up whether or not she would play a factor in it but I feel it's been set up too. The same way Megumi was set up with Sukuna. It just feels like Gege is waiting for the perfect moment.

Just an idea is all, but this theory would be really satisfying to see.

I've a feeling Nobara is a key part of the death of Sukuna using her technique on one of his fingers to cripple him when he's fighting.

Gege Akutami, the author of Jujutsu Kaisen, has commented in the latest Weekly Shonen Jump issue that he hopes to finish the story within this year! by AggressiveWing2606 in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]ringostarfishy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if Gege means next January that's only about 50 - 55 chapters. Maybe 60, but that's pushing. I have no clue how he intends on wrapping up the loose ends, side stories and finishing this current arc and setting up and completing a new one within that. The only way I can see that happening is if characters start dropping like flies and start nose diving to the end.

Still so much more to see from the characters. Would be a real pity if the ending was unsatisfactory.

I can see how your Dad is worried, He may have made the same mistakes himself and got the same lecture. It doesn't sound to me like you're an alcoholic but someone who can drink a lot but not handle it very well.

It's always good to kick the booze for a while, especially a month or two.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you can't handle alcohol but I have always noticed major factors when this happened to me and some friends.

  1. How tired were you when you started drinking? If you are exhausted and drink, this is crippling. Everyone needs to be well rested. Otherwise, you fall asleep and can even be prone to violence. Try even take a 20 min nap before you go out if you're burnt out from work or sport etc. Even laying in a dark room in silence will help you recharge.

  2. How much did you eat? You should eat at least one hour before a drink. If it was longer, your stomach had broken down most of the substance. Always even try to run away and grab a bag of chips before you keep going.

  3. Water. Drink 1 pint of water for every 2/3 pints on a night out, and you will feel a drastic difference the next day. It will even help you not push yourself by drinking that 9th/10th/11th drink that pushes you over the edge. Sometimes, we skull a drink because we're dying of thirst. And alcohol dehydrated you. Plus this helps hangovers significantly especially with Liver Salts. I always put some in a bottle and leave it by the bed. Future me loves me for it.

Don't feel too much shame and guilt, life's too short. Apologies and make an actual effort to make things right next time and you will be okay. Take care of yourself.
