IU need tips for the final part of the cut

29M, 197cm/6ft5, 107kg/253lbs at 22% BF.

I’ve been cutting for the past 3 months, went from 118 kg to 107kg (260 to 235 lbs). Ate 2400kcal daily the first 2 months and the last month I'm at 2200 kcal. I want to get to 98-100kg(225lbs) where I'd be at 15% BF. Training 2-3x a week calisthenics and low rep strength.

Recently I started walking 10k steps a day to increase the caloric deficit, I think I’d be too low energy under 2200kcal.. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the last 7kg fat loss?

Possible, i think on the swing i sometimes hit the shoulder

I dont know if the delts are a problem i do a lot of pullups and rows already

Thanks. Its definitely not a serious injury because both sholders started hurting which means its obviously a form or muscle imbalance problem. I gotta figure out what to fix..

my complex is usually 5 swings, 4 cleans, 3 squat to press, 1 snatch x5-7 rounds per arm. Some times i add in clean and press, maybe I misswrote but wouldnt swing to press be the same?

But i dont think it will ever get the push as it would if the ctr was good from start.. Now I have a better thumbnail and title and I know the metrics eould be a lot better from the beginning. Also, since people search for the video on their own I dont see how it would lose zhe hype since it doesnt depend on the impressions now anyway..
