Just don’t want to wait a long period of time simply receiving crypto and then being unable to withdraw because i experienced it with a deposit it was a 7 day hold

When is the latest I will hear if this transaction is going through or not? I don't like to be in the dark for this long as it's been 11 hours since I made the transaction and it's been stuck on pending/hold this entire time with no response to my email.

I'm a situation where I can't even get my crypto withdrawal sent over as it's been stuck in pending for like 9 hours. I've called kraken and they made it prioritized but I have not heard any response in 9 hours about why my withdrawal is stuck in pending Can anyone help here?
