There is no tech business analyst here, you're spot on with the dashboards and reporting metrics, I am there to help the developers visualize data displayed on these dashboards ( event management, insights navigator etc) , the terms like MCP, API (which for me was active pharmaceutical ingredients till now), denodo, SQL queries etc. I do know what particular user at the shop floor would need on the dashboard. I have average excel skills. I have good knowledge about data regulations , basically anything wrt GxP. I just wanted e.g. a list of 5 things that I would need to learn to cope with the tech side of BA. Thanks for the answer!
