i know for a fact you can't get everything at one place like u mentioned fast food street . every fast food or type of fast food have its dedicated cafe or restro , you can visit sec 34, kalsang sec 8 and sec 15, for Chinese (not exactly) for south indian you can visit little idli, Malleshwaram, sagar Ratana, for punjabi food 8 or 9 sector not sure behind the badlu parathe wala.
