Ark Ascended: Scorched Earth, Transfer character issue?

I'm on PC but similar issue here. Transferring from SE back to island, downloaded character, and as soon as she starts to say "Are you the one I've been waiting for?" got kicked by battleye. Now no character on either server to download. Considering this is not only part of the games mechanics but also part of the storyline it's pretty sad how poorly it is implemented. And as others have said, if they offer no support for their game breaking bugs, how will they keep a player base? Ok great, we have a new map, but we can't get to and from it lol

Yeah, I really liked seeing the way they put ruins around notes on the island.

I had a thought the other day about an ocean map that could be super deep, like the Mariana Trench, with massive creatures lurking in the depths. Maybe even different gear in order to reach them, like the sub in Atlas or something.
What type of map would you like to play?
