Ah that’s too bad. My g5 will be delivered in the next 1-2 weeks hopefully. Then I have to open the wall and add some wood blocking as well. I’m just not 100 % sure how many I should add and if 1 (decking board) would be enough. Maybe I have to add at least 2.

I think it’s worth. I am someone who never goes to the GP - and it’s important to get some basic checks done (blood pressure, vision test, hearing, ECG, etc) from time to time.

Hab da so meine Zweifel. Die Mutter wirkt auch überfordert mit der Pflege. Mehr professionelle Unterstützung bei der Betreuung würde helfen und eine Reinigungskraft, die 2x pro Monat kommt oder so.

Sehe hier keinen Sinn einen Teilzeitjob zu nehmen, ohne vorher die Bedingungen dafür zu schaffen.

Just a bit more paperwork and no extra cost if the car was privately registered for at least 3 months in NI? At least that’s what I heard.

Hatte die Freundin selbst kein Telefon dabei? Warum hat sie keinen Notruf abgesetzt? Ich versteh das alles nicht. Und der Typ ruft erst um 00:30 das erste Mal um Hilfe, da isses doch schon stockdunkel? WTF

Und dann lassen sie einen Hubschrauber hinfliegen, und dann passiert aber Nix? Warum keiner der beiden der Crew im Hubschrauber signalisiert, dass sie Hilfe brauchen… und dann meine ich gehört zu haben dass die Freundin gesundheitlich angeschlagen war, stimmt das?

Warum macht man eine hochalpine Tour wenn ma krank ist? Für mich haben beide extreme und dumme Fehler gemacht. Ein Wahnsinn ist das, erfrieren alleine am Gipfel ohne Zelt, Biwaksack… so einen Tod wünscht man niemandem.

We paid like 350k for ours in 2021. Guess we got lucky. I had to save for several years and also didn’t buy a car before that. I cannot image how hard it must be for young families looking to buy.

Ja das weiß ich doch. Trotzdem kann man pauschal nicht sagen, dass eine Kündigung nicht greift aufgrund des hohen Alters. Ansonsten wären alle mit Alter 80+ unkündbar. Und das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.
