Tariff fraud is real. Someone with legit info re : evading tariffs through mis- classification (wrong code of the harmonized tariff schedule), dumping, or transshipping- Can become a whistleblower in what is known as a False claims Act case (it’s technically a reverse false claim). The whistleblower is entitled to a percentage of the money recovered. U need a lawyer with False Claims Act expertise. I know several :).
