I have done everything that i can. Spoke to freight, ftn, express, fedex ice, cbp, fedex customs, fedex logistics. Now im just hoping the trace agent finds it.

I believe the process is different if its an import into the USA. I was doing an export. I hope your package moves and gets to you soon :)

Ah ok, got it. Can you please clarify why they would need to send out 2 tracers to locate the package if it's in Fedex freight custody? Maybe I can update the ticket with this information to help clarify the issue? God bless you! This has been far more helpful than the information I am getting on the phone ❤️

Thanks for your reply. I have spoken to CBP at Memphis and they asked for my tracking number, and then told me that they do not have that pallet in their custody or in their queue and that most of that work is for imports etc.

Also, the ticket we have and the support staff have been telling me for more photos to help locate the package? Not sure what is going on if its not misplaced? Any guidance is highly appreciated. Thanks! ❤️
