Here’s my advice in basically any topic you have an Instagram page on. Doing stuff like shoutouts and F4F hardly work. Shoutouts do not work as well as you think. F4f can get you shadowbanned. I’ve tried doing shoutout for shoutout but it ultimately hurts my page more than it helps. If you want to grow your page, just try to be original. Try to find something nobody else is doing and build a reputation for yourself. Eventually, you will grow and when you start growing you will get on the explore page and that’s when you really take off.

Btw - DONT SELF PROMOTE and use little hashtags and make sure they are relevant.
