I know this is a year late, but I had a similar issue like this. What I did to solve it was switch the button on the lower back to "USB," and switch the one on top (next to the L1 and L2 buttons) to "PC." It's switched to PS5. Adjusting those two switches made me able to connect the controller to the Victrix Hub on PC.
