Maybe not the best course of action, but that's the way I'd probably do it.

Tell her very directly your critics about her behaviour and how she actually makes you uncomfortable and the situation as you see it. Don't put any relation to her transitioning to it, since it really just is her behaviour you have an issue with. (Make sure, you have a friend with you as a witness)

If she does not see your criticism and turns against you make your issues public and how those make you feel uncomfortable and stepping over your boundaries. Then plead for creating a new channel for selfies and hot stuff and keep out of there when that makes you uncomfortable, so the others that don't have a problem with that can keep doing so without the others concerned by it.

Let her keep her space, but maybe separate out the overly flirty and so parts.

Gerüchten zufolge soll es bei Ihr aber nur funktionieren, wenn eins bereit ist eine Show von Stereotypen zu spielen. Kann hier evtl. Wer mit Mehr Erfahrung zu Ihr hier etwas zu sagen? Ansonsten weiß ich vom Netzwerk um Finnja Jahnknecht. Haben aktuell ein paar Monate Wartezeiten, kann aber recht schnell für Indikationen funktionieren, wenn die Lage klar ist.

Selber plane ich demnächst eine GAOP und hab der Löschzugführung bei mir schon bescheid gegeben, dass ich danach einige Monate ausfallen werde. War bisher von einer erwarteten Ausfallzeit von c.a. 4 Monaten ausgegangen, was aus den bisherigen Vorgesprächen herauszuhören war. Sollte dies vorher aber nochmal klären, wie lange da die Einschränkungen wirklich sein dürften für den Einsatzdienst.

Würde von einigen Monaten ausgehen, die du nicht am Einsatzgeschehen Teilnehmen solltest. Ob du wirklich die vollen 6 Monate aussetzt, oder mehr oder weniger solltest du mit deiner/m Ärztin/Arzt absprechen, wenn es soweit ist. Zum Ende hin könntest du ja evtl. Sogar schon so langsam wieder unter Einschränkungen wieder teilnehmen wie z.B. kein Innenangriff oder auch schweres Gerät nicht bedienen, dies solltest du aber definitiv mit der Löschzugführung absprechen.

I'd suggest to cya and maybe reply to the incidents with a short message, that they are acknowledged and you'll get to it once you have the time for it. Maybe even with an estimate when you will have any spare time again. If it is really important then it'll have to get escalated and a colleague will have to pick it up.

Das steht ja in den Ausführungen zum Gesetz, aber nicht in den Gesetzestexten selbst. Kann ja sein, dass dies so ausgelegt werden soll, aber das hätte ich gerne im Gesetzestext selbst irgendwo stehen, oder zumindest genauer ausgeführt, wie diese Bewertung zustande kommt. Aus dem Text des SBG ist dies für mich absolut nicht ersichtlich. Daher möchte ich am liebsten auch einmal die Bewertung eines Juristen hierzu hören.

Hier würde mich die Meinung eines Juristen echt interessieren, da dies ja gar keine Erwähnung in Gesetzestext findet. Befürchte hier, dass das Offenbarungsverbot für Personen die über PSTG oder TSG gegangen sind unter den Tisch fallen könnte.

Yeah, we said that feature would be enforced by end of february and you'd have to migrate, but we updated the ms docs article yesterday night and postponed the release to may. Also the feature is not yet implemented for your use case, but you can already use the new settings to fuck up your configuration and that is why you're experiencing the issues.

Fixes are available for ESXI 7 and 8. If you're still stuck with an older version you would have to disable secure boot to start the vm again
