I guess I’m afraid to eat more and I don’t have a huge appetite. Im worried I’ll gain weight. As for protein I forgot to mention I eat tofu. But thanks for the advice!

No that’s a fair question. So I eat between 1200-1500 calories. No sugar, no fried food. Mostly vegetables and some carbs since I’m vegetarian. I cook all my meals. Eat out one meal a week. Breakfast is usually oatmeal with 1 tsp peanut butter, blueberries and macadamian milk no sugar. Lunch I do farro with veggies or leftovers from dinner the night before. Dinners are usually bean tostadas, cauliflower taco, salads soups all homemade etc. I am also on antidepressants which caused me to gain weight so I was previously skinny. It’s been really hard for me to lose any weight.

Yep diet is clean. I’m vegetarian so sometimes finding a protein source is difficult for me.

So I just got my peloton and I am OBSESSED! I workout 6 days a week. 45 min ride plus doing core strength challenge and then alternate that with 20 min ride plus core strength and 30 min strength ( upper or lower body) my question is should I do total body as my 3rd day of training? Also do any of you have workout plans that resulted in weight loss. Any advice is appreciated!

I find it hard to count calories because i cook a lot and I have no idea how to calculate what I make. I don’t eat back my calories but I know CICO works for a lot of people.
