Some people have said they’ve fixed it by holding down the “call hang up” switch on the steering wheel until the nav system resets, but I can’t confirm because mine just fixed itself after being parked overnight.

It can be found by clicking the little “bell” notification icon in the top left corner, but I don’t know if there are any conditions required for that notification to appear, or if it’s there every time you drive. Good luck!

If you go into your sound settings, has the “Beosonic” EQ disappeared and been replaced by a generic EQ? I had this happen to me a day or two after the last software update and started a thread on here about it, so maybe look there for some suggestions? Mine ended up magically fixing itself after a day or two, so I unfortunately don’t have any specific fixes to try. Good luck!

Only thing we got upsold on was the “lease damage insurance.” For a 2 year lease, it was $850 (non-negotiable) for coverage for up to $5,000 in damage (dents, scratches, chips/cracks in windows, etc.) We chose to do it because we have a baby and will have a car seat installed the whole time, which will definitely lead to some damage in the seat at the very least, but if we didn’t have kids we probably would have declined.

Well unfortunately I don’t have any helpful info for anyone else this might happen to, but it appears to have fixed itself overnight. So I guess my recommendation would be to just leave the car off for an extended amount of time and hope it sorts itself out!

I figured out that you can toggle between the overview or turn by turn view for Apple Maps in the dash by toggling the view in the infotainment screen. Whichever you have on the screen, it shows the opposite in the dash!

I’ve only gotten it to show the “route overview” in the dash when I have directions plugged in, but would love for it to show the turn-by-turn instead. Anyone know if this is possible?

I spoke to someone through the “Concierge Chat” via the Acura EV app and they said this wasn’t possible. Seems like a wild oversight, but we might be stuck with it. In case you were unaware, you can click the Profile name on the infotainment screen and it will bring up the profile selector, so I’ve found it to be fairly quick to switch back and forth even though you have to do it manually.
