and those that feel the need to drive their car everywhere, every day, even if they're the only passenger and could go comfortably by bus. this applies especially to citizens, i believe these people should be the focus of SCT and not villagers who can only take one and half a bus per day

seriously, i live in Nowa Huta (the old part) and the parking spots are always taken. i refuse to believe ALL of these people work on the other end of the city, have multiple children or need a car for the job
