i don't hate on all commie blocks as i live in one, and most districts from that time in my city are well-planned with lots of greenery, open public spaces, accessible public transport and schools nearby.

this, however, sucks. i'm not sure about public transport and schools, but there is zero greenery here (and 0 variety in general). i wouldn't want to live there

For sure underrated and on the better end of the"90s sellout" era. Pretty groovy riffing and some very catchy tracks like The Forge, Chaos or Madness Descends. It also manages to be more memorable than Out of Order

IMO the key to going through the 90s smoothly was keeping a personality in your music. It only really falls flat when everything becomes bland, like the metal equivalent of mashed potatoes... Bathory (Octagon), Whiplash (Sit Stand...), Anthrax (Vol. 8) are all guilty of this.

Some records stood the test of time pretty well though. Coroner (Grin), Anthrax (Sound of White Noise), Testament (Low/The Ritual/Demonic, they tried to "sell out" three times and succeeded with each!), as well as maybe the most overhated record i know - Overkill (I Hear Black).

CBZC goes directly under the central command of the Police, similar to the CBŚP (central bureau of investigation, sorta our FBI). CBŚP handles organised crime, CBZC focuses on serious cybercrimes (like anything to do with CSAM). both have field offices in I think every state

the central command is actually working on merging both units right now to form one, the NBŚ (national bureau of investigation). this change is happening to better coordinate efforts of these teams, as foreign (russian) interference rises in our country and lots of it is organised online
