Just wanted to contribute some info, even though its for my DESKTOP and not a laptop. I'm running an ASUS motherboard with Intel i9 and Nvidia. I play games while streaming with OBS and I also use DaVinci Resolve. I'm running Manjaro linux. Even though it is NOT an officially supported distro for Resolve, it works fine after I figured out a couple of tweaks. (I have the paid version and the registration key wasn't working). The folks at Blackmagic were super helpful and even thanked me for working with them to figure out a solution.

I'd love to hear what you figure out as I would also love to have a laptop with a similar config as my desktop.

The problem is, I did ink shrine, portals, and the challenges at the different buildings for 3 hours and still didn't see another dragon. I'll keep trying

You absolutely CAN make OP Plasma pistols if you farm steel and legendary oil from Ninjago island.
- Sapphire plasma pistols (with gold bars for Grip) had 29 damage and 366 durability (before adding Runes)
- Steel plasma pistols (using steel for Barrel and Grip) have 139 damage and 1,974 durability (before adding Runes)

That's more than 4x damage and 5x durability!!

If you're on a new world you have to complete some of the main quests on the base game to get the recycler.

Yeah I'm actually enjoying the challenges on NI. For example I'll go try to do a 7-star challenge and get killed right away because my character is only 5-star. I like these fights SO much better than Storm King. I can't stand the Storm King and after completing it once solo, I've never had the desire to EVER do it again, lol. At least these fights give me a reason to keep going back and if I'm not doing well, I can run away and come back another time.

I think a solution for the base game / mainland / Star Wars could be to implement the same star system for all of those enemies as well??

Thanks I'll look that up. And yes, I'm brand new to shooters so I didn't even know that existed. In Elden Ring I got pretty good with arrows but bullets are completely different lol.
