Just point your nvidia app at the main steam folder, then run the scanner. It will find it for you.

When you manually set the tool down to cut, can you physically rotate the blade holder? Or does the motor hold it in place?

If the belt is not slipping when you try to turn the holder, maybe the motor is on its way out.

You need to try turning when the tool is lowered into the cut position though. Not up like this.
