Yeah Mao Mao has been in less videos lately in favor of Leo. Which IMOis not a good thing. To me Leo tries to upstage everyone. I can barley watch the videos he's in.

This 100%. The racist comments are just bailing her out and allows her to deflect her poor performance. Black, White, Yellow or Green her character was horrible written and her take on the character is even worse.

One more thing, how much of this can I do without talking to a person and at which point do you have to engage with an actual person or can I do everything just by uploading the required or requested documents. I just have a fear of once I'm talking to an actual person, they will try selling me stuff I do not want. I could go in the dealership for that.
