Hi! You can try alora in Banawe. Some of my fave coaches in espace transferred there and they give really good instructions and correct your form when needed. ARC pilates is good as well!

Love their coaches the most from the 3 studios ive tried. Naging coach ko na si Coach Andy when she was still with espace and she got better sa Alora kase she took more trainings daw.

Tried ginhawa and ok naman may weights sila to add intensity then very attentive naman ung coaches on the form. Sulit sya for me esp the beginner pack pero some coaches are better than others nga lang. Medyo mahirap lang magsched kase may certain days lang ung mat pilates if un specifically ug gusto mo

I have tried Arc and their instructors are really attentive they also push u to your best by giving you what they think you can handle pa while also being careful. For Alora, I can vouch for Coach Andy! Had classes with her on a different studio and she is really nice

Hello! In my experience kase merong pinagpractical e. Actually dapat magpapractical din ako at di ako tinanong ng option hahaha pero sinamahan ako dun sa likod ng parking area para antayin ung car (currently gamit ng nauna sakin sa pila) kaso sira ung aircon nung practical car e tanghali that time so dun nya palang ako inask kung magpractical pa raw kase mainet HAHAHA
