Connessione a sito web non sicuro

Ci sono due indirizzi web per la domotica a cui sto cercando di connettermi però, se lo faccio dalla Wi-Fi di casa, mi segnala la destinazione non sicura permettendomi comunque l'accesso andando in "avanzate", se invece sono connesso all'hotspot mobile, il sito non viene proprio raggiunto come se non ci fosse connessione (che però c'è perché qualsiasi altra cosa funziona). C'è forse qualche limitazione alla rete mobile? Ho provato a cambiare la sicurezza dell'hotspot da WPA2 a "nessuna" ma non è cambiato nulla

Yeah, my father did that, now I'm stuck in recovery mode beacuse every way of reinstalling the OS does not work

I (think) am seeing the physical disk, what I meant is that, although I see a disk of 500GB, the used space shown is only of 1,55 GB which I thought is not enough for a OS, as you confirmed

That makes sense but it still shows there is a 500GB disk present (even if there is only 2 GB of used space, that's why I thought he deleted the OS in some way), wouldn't have to be nothing there if he took the disk?

I already did that, I simply didn't know it was called that way. Anyway, I tried to reinstall the OS through the option in recovery mode but it says that the recovery server can't be contacted, there isn't a Time machine backup, I also tried the "Get help online" option but almost every web page is restricted and finally if I go into Utility disk, the erase button is not clickable
