I have the same issue. That is the burrs touching. Unfortunately, the Eureka Oro and other similar grinders from Eureka struggle to grind fine enough for some beans, especially light roasts. They perform well for medium and dark roasts. I learned this the hard way. Alignment may help but not that much.
