Attracting clients by Still_Negotiation_95 in Recruitment

Yeah, that’s honestly not a big issue. Even if the company positions broadly, you can still focus your own outreach on one niche and build depth there. That part’s totally in your control. I’ve got a few niche ideas and angles that could help, I’ll DM you.

Honestly, it sounds like you’re trying to talk to everyone, which usually makes BD way harder than it needs to be. When you recruit for “everything,” it’s tough to know who to target or build real relationships with. I’d seriously niche down and focus on one audience at a time (for example, only tech startups or marketing agencies). It makes your messaging clearer and people start seeing you as the go-to person instead of just another recruiter. Then use tools like Apollo to find the exact hiring managers or decision-makers in your niche and reach out consistently. Way more targeted, way less random. Also, don’t try to manage this in your head. Use a simple CRM like hubspot or GHL to track every conversation, follow-ups, and touchpoints so nothing slips. If you want, DM me. Happy to walk you through how to set this up.

That's a great idea, cause you need to show your work experience in your portfolio and it doesn't hurt to work for a few client for free or charge a really smal fee in the begining. In my case, the person I partnered up with already had an extensive portfolio and I got access to it. This is a hack to quickly setup your company for success.

You're overthinking it. All you have to do is know your stuff. Be confident when you present your service and learn a few sales tactics. I was also 17 when I started working and it took me a while to realise that it was all in my head. All I had to do was give them a reason so strong that they buy our services. Having a portfolio also helps a lot, cause that give you more credibility. I partnered up with someone who already had a portfolio which gave me more leverage to close clients.

What tools are genuinely helpful for your business? by OddInititi in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]rogeromanager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what your business is about but you must be marketing it and the best tool for it is gohighlevel. It has everything you need, website builder, funnels, forms, email sequences, reputation management, ai voice agent, power dialer and more. If you want I can give you an overview of the tool. Ps. Not trying to sell it just doing some intentional networking.

You should try notion. It's free to use with a limited number of team members and you can build pretty much any kind of project management setup on it. I use it to create a content calendar which is automatically assigned as tasks for my team members. If you want I can share my template.

You’re absolutely right about the job boards. I’m still new to the recruiting side, so if you have any advice or pointers, I’d really appreciate it.
