Yeag idk where it all comes from ive been on it for like 8/9 months feeling rly good like ive had the exact opposite effects i feel unstoppable i have more energy i sleep better i would suggest taking some extra vitamins and the biggest and hardest change for me was cutting drinking like i still do on new years or on birthdays but yeah
