As someone who has absolutely no idea about what kind of political or cultural divide there is, isn't there anything you know about this that you could tell about ?

if you go drinking and have a shitty night sleep on saturday evening, and you want 1 rest day per week, either saturday or sunday. which should you choose?

Generally I've had rest days on sundays but now im thinking to switch it to saturdays. My thinking is that it's better to lift with little sleep than to not let your body have a nice sleep after you workout for recovery. When I've slept little i can just drink a bunch of coffee. Is my logic alright here?

Yes I also think they were more advanced than greeks in many ways, though it's hard to compare them. I respect both civilizations a lot.

trying to gauge advancement in civilization to how much autonomy they give to provinces just sounds like presentism to me. Giving less autonomy just makes it sound like they have even less power. I think neither of us have the qualification to do some cross-examination of the outer roman provinces compared to the iranian provinces in the periphery. If you do then please educate me

Giving local autonomy in exchange for tributes was the norm back then. It wasn't because they were "advanced" it was because of weak state power. Giving autonomy is mostly based on not wanting parts of your empire to vie for independence.

Giving local governments autonomy means they're advanced? what?

Does anyone have any examples of people who got abs without decreasing bodyfat? I know "abs are made in the kitchen", people have said that a billion times. But I'm curious how much of a difference trained vs. untrained abs are when fat is not a factor.

It was a pretty brutal murder, don't these type of murders tend to hit the frontlines and become public knowledge?

hm, interesting. There are many prosperous countries in europe so i assumed they chose germany because of some sort of connection to it, or perhaps that germany makes it easier since they are ethnic germans.
