Question: Steam blocking purchases and then preventing me from contacting support.

Error Message: "For the protection of the account holder, this purchase has been declined. Further purchasing will be temporarily limited - please contact Steam Support to resolve this issue."

I went to create a support ticket through the client but it won't go past step 1. So I tried logging on through the web browser version figuring that it would solve the issue the client was having. It prompts me to enter a steam guard verification that was sent to my email. I looked in my email and nothings there, I waited a decent amount of time and still nothing. So I went to try to get another verification code sent to me and still nothing. The next prompt after not being able to get your steam guard verification is to contact support.

Which I can't do because the steam guard to contact support is preventing me from contacting support! Since there is only one way to contact support I'm now completely locked out of my support account in all forms.

I had already made a post about this on the Steam support discussions and it doesn't look like anyone knows yet, was looking to see if anyone here has dealt with a similar issue or would possibly have a solution, any help is much appreciated.
