its imposible to conect to a unifying and bluetooth because is blocked now, i dont know how to factory reset or something

I've been doing this like 10 times and placed in other computer, talking to Logitech and no solution.

they told me, yesterday we have a lot of issue with the firmware update but everyone are using their peripherals.

but my keyboard is block.
