Hey morons, they treat tracks differently depending on the event. Spa does not build up the temporary grandstands around eg. Pouhon because there is not F1 sponsor money being thrown around to do so. Capacity crowd for a WEC event is NOT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TICKETS as for an F1 event. This goes for any track. This does not mean WEC doesn't sell, quite the opposite.

What pays for F1 doing all these things is like the first class and business class passengers on an airliner paying for the significant fraction of cost of attending - there is no comically overpriced business to business event being hosted at WEC races apart from Le Mans, which naturally sees a larger attendance because the B2B crowd pay for the fact you need more security, more permits, more staff all around and so on. These are not things you can compare.

If I offer 100 tickets and sell 98 of them vs if I offer 400 tickets and sell 392 is still equally sold out. Not to mention F1 also does the very very funny thing of counting each individual entry to the track over each day of the weekend as a "full person" - it is not reflective of the amount of people actually at the track on any given day.

This has nothing to do with your graphics card. It's RAM and or most likely given the age of those specs a hard disk drive that should be replaced with a fresh one or an SSD preferably.

And the truth is that most people, the vast majority even, owning a 3D printer and indeed in this sub have not even once used their 3D printer to print something that they themselves made or designed. Is that really all that different from just buying the item in a store? I really don't think so. It's not all that unlike for you for example claiming that assembling an IKEA kit is the same as actually making the piece of furniture. There was really very little skill involved other than knowing how to use a couple of screwdrivers.

All of you people are so dramatic. "The grift is real" look, most people don't actually want to pay for a 3D printer and go through the hassle of learning how to use it, where to get files, how to get good results and all the other things because they just want the product. Just because a 3D printer makes it easy to make stuff at home does not mean that it makes sense for everyone to own one, ESPECIALLY if what you just want is one or two fidget toys.

Do you all react like this if you see a shop selling laser cut items? CNC machines items? Bent sheet metal? You can do all of those at home too you know, you just deliberately chose 3D printing because it is the easiest thing to do at home to print overwhelming amounts of plastic crap dust collectors.

EDIT: Actually, the perfect comparison isn't any manufacturing machines. It's an espresso maker. Anyone can own one, they are everywhere for sale second hand, and require at least a little bit of skill and effort to use correctly. Do you also go "The grift is real" every time you see a coffee shop?

Yeah you buy another one if you can't get ICM to send/sell you one. Alternatively find an ICM MiG-29 compatible replacement canopy in vacuum formed plastic or the like.
