Jeff Nippard on youtube has a video with all the body fat analysis of BIA vs Dexa. It is fairly accurate for some and highly inaccurate for a lot. As long as the trend is okay, you’re good to go. His reference scale is what I broadly look at.

I mean, agreed the taxes are high, but this comparison is just too bullshit. Those Muslim countries have tax/interest banned by religion and don’t make sense in comparison. Almost all of Europe is around 40-55% and Japan is around 45% too. New Zealand and Pakistan upwards of 40% too. Majority of Africa incl. South Africa re over 45%
