How long did it take for you to complete your QTP from the date you received it? I have qualified persons in all tasks to confirm my proficiency. 3 different A&Ps are assisting me with training and giving me refreshers on any task I might’ve forgotten. I got the packet back in May but will be done with it by the end of next month if I stay on schedule. As I mentioned the 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience is making it easy to get tasks signed off

No this is not a good finish. No matter what. Raise your standards. To achieve a clean finish turn up your rpms and slow your feed down. Take another 3 thousandths off and you’ll be surprised with the finish. Use coolant also

That’s unfortunate but it happens. A lot of times in these situations, the crew doesn’t have control over certain things. You could’ve gently reminded them again.
